Truseal Insulating Glass Spacer Technologies warranty program was established to effectively demonstrate Truseal's commitment and confidence in its IG spacer systems.

Our objectives for the warranty program are to:

Share with our customers information on actuarial methods of tracking and reporting insulating glass field problems. Recognize Truseal customers utilizing best practices in sash and glazing design. Enhance our recommendations based on statistical feedback. Promote an advantage that will allow our customers to differentiate their products and services.

Key Qualification Requirements:

Utilization of Truseal insulating glass spacers for 100% of warranted product. Participation in an approved IG certification program. Conformance to Truseal quality audit requirements. Compliance with Truseal tracking and reporting requirements.

Quality Audit:

The QA program is a proactive, no charge service provided by Truseal. The program assesses any and all processes associated with insulating glass fabrication and glazing. The QA reports areas of concern and recommends corrective actions.

Tracking and Reporting:

Truseal provides its warranty certified customers with a no charge tracking software package. This software captures the statistical information including overall production data.
